Sowing of Yucca dance

¿Cómo calificaría esta info?:

The sowing of yucca dance is based on the following story: the man in the farm, as all mornings, prepares himself -very early- to get out and get the land ready for the planting of the yucca, an indispensable food in their diet and sustenance. Before leaving, his wife offers him a delicious hot cup of "agua de panela" (raw cane sugar water), he drinks it and leaves with their workers. When they arrive at the land, the workers take their machetes and begin to lop and remove the weeds. After a sunny time, they return with torches for burning the weed and clean the land where the seed of yucca will be sowed. Once the weeds is burned, the workers let the land rest and then they remove all the trunks and logs, that fire did not destroy; when this process finishes they begin the sowing: the seed has been growed in a last crop. This seed is divided in different logs that the farmers will sow together with their wives. Meanwhile the man makes the holes, the woman put the seed inside the land and cover it with soil using their feet.

After the farmers have completed the work, they celebrate with a delicious cup of "guarapo" (a beverage made of sugar cane). When it is time to clean, the workers come back to the sowing and remove the weed, they use a machete or a mattock. At noon the diligent wives go and offer to their husband a cup of "guarapo" -this beverage never lacks in the farms, because encourages and strenghten the workers-.the men drink with liking and give a grateful kiss to their wives, say good bye and continue working.

When the yucca is ripen the time of sowing has come: the farmers pull up the plants, take out the yuccas and keep them in sacks that will be sold to a factory that will grate and process the product.
