Cassava Cake

For preparing this cake it is necessary to cook the yucca. Then is milled and whip with your hands. Then, add butter, corn flour (or wheat flour), eggs, sugar and a pinch of salt. Then put the mixture into a mold and take it to the oven. The yucca gives an special flavor to the cake, a traditional and native flavor.
