Insulsos

¿Cómo calificaría esta info?: 

To prepare "insulsos" (a kind of biscuit) the corn should be soaked in water for a complete night. Then they mill the corn and a kind of "sand" is obtained. In another container they put milk and raw cane sugar. The corn is melting in the water and then is strained.  When milk boils the flour is added and it is necessary to whip until this mixture gets hard and finally they add cinammon and cloves: as much as they want.
