"Diosa del Chairá" monument is a work by the art master Emiro Garzon Correa. It was built in 1986 to honor the goddess of "Chairá" who is a female figure from Caqueta Indian mythology and the protagonist of the "Huitoto"; this myth took place around the "Chairá" lake in the municipality of Cartagena del Chairá. Its size is one meter in width, five meters in height and one meter in lenght. You can get to the "Diosa del Chairá" monument just in five minutes from the city center taking the "Circunvalar" avenue.
